Squadra

Your Wellness Community

Squadra (n.): team.

We’re living through a wellness revolution. Experts like Peter Attia, Andrew Huberman, and Rhonda Patrick have become household names. People are tuning into their bodies like never before, tracking metrics like VO2 Max and ApoB — terms many wouldn’t have recognized a decade ago.

This shift is, for the most part, a welcome change. As someone who recently turned 40, I’m glad to see more people trading binge drinking and late-night takeout for better sleep, smarter diets, and thoughtful exercise routines. It’s progress.

But, this revolution has its challenges.

First, the overwhelm.

The avalanche of protocols, tools, studies, and hacks grows daily. What should you prioritize? My friend Bradley Tusk captured this perfectly in his essay, “My Wellness Routine is Killing Me”:

"I don’t know how much more optimized my life could possibly be. And yet, I still feel like the requirements of being healthy are just too much.”

Take Brian Johnson, the extreme face of this movement. Featured in the Netflix documentary Don’t Die: The Man Who Wants to Live Forever, Johnson swallows 100+ pills a day, undergoes plasma transfusions with his son, and tracks metrics like his erections (yes, comparing them to his son’s). His wellness routine is a full-time job. But let’s be real: you don’t have that kind of time, and even if you did, that’s not how you’d want to spend it.

Second, the loneliness.

Most of us tackle wellness solo. You might listen to health podcasts, journal, hire a personal trainer, or even work with a concierge doctor. What you probably don’t have is a team cheering you on, holding you accountable, and sharing your journey.

A few years ago, I started a fitness community with my friends to solve these exact problems. We aimed to simplify wellness, focus on what matters most, and hold each other accountable. Think of it as a wellness version of summer camp color wars.

Enter Squadra.

Our program draws inspiration from Ben Franklin’s Poor Richard’s Almanack: thrift, duty, hard work, and simplicity.

Thrift

Squadra is affordable — just $29/month. Free for anyone who can’t afford it.

Duty

The glue that drives our progress is the responsibility to our teammates.

Hard work

Health requires effort and sacrifice. Optimization is great, but discipline is key.

Simplicity

We focus on strength and cardiorespiratory fitness and leverage them for maximum benefit.

The results speak for themselves. Members on an average lose significant body fat, gain pounds of muscle, and see measurable improvements in VO2 Max and other key biomarkers.

Here's what members had to say

What You Get

  • Earn points for workouts, nutrition, and even meditation. Imagine a color war but for your well-being.

  • Curated workouts and guidelines for healthy living, with accountability and transparency to ensure you stay on track.

  • Every team is assigned a leader who will read your data every week and provide advice, motivation, and accountability. Because we group you by team, we can provide this accountability without charging massive amounts like many new longevity programs.

  • A simplified series of data to tell you how your health compares to where it should be at your age without overpromising (like many new companies out there do) to give you an "inner age" or something impossible.

  • A team to have your back and help you be your best.

Join Us

This year, we are ready to take on even more new members. We’ve timed the program to begin at the end of February, typically the time of year when New Year’s Resolutions are imperiled and we fall back into old habits.

If you are interested in learning more, read about the program. We will accept members on a rolling basis.
